Additional info on the hunting areas and Botswana
  • The Hunting areas border on to the Eastern and Northern boundaries of the Chobe National Park. It is considered one of the best hunting areas in Botswana with good Lion, Buffalo, and Elephant trophies.
  • A maximum of 100 rounds per firearm is allowed. Botswana does require permits reflecting the bearers' full particulars. For this reason, all hunting clients must complete and furnish us with a client and rifle info sheet, well in advance. (Form available upon request)
  • No trophy may be shot without a valid license. Licenses are issued in accordance with available quota in the specific hunting areas and it is important to clarify which species of animals you require.
  • Trophies are field prepared in camp and shipped to a designated shipping agent in Maun, Botswana, who will then dip, pack and freight your trophies to your local shipping agent. An associate of the shipping agent will discuss your requirements with you either by phone, fax, or e-mail. US Dollars are widely accepted. There is no limitation on the amount of money brought into Botswana, as long as it is declared at customs. We do not accept personal cheques or credit cards.
Travellers cheques and bank transfers are preferred. You should make provision for all accommodation and travel expenses before and after your safari.
